Haywards Heath PRB Martin Pollins Acquires Local Accountancy Practice
Haywards Heath-based PRB Martin Pollins (PRB) ¹ has acquired Penfold Scutt, a two partner practice currently operating in Burgess Hill, West Sussex. The acquisition further strengthens PRB’s position as one of the leading accountancy practices in Mid Sussex.
PRB is a young and dynamic firm which prides itself on being more than just ‘scorekeepers’ by giving proactive business development advice all year round. PRB acts for many businesses and individuals, both large and small, locally and nationally.
The experienced team - of 22 - offers a range of services to help businesses and taxpayers with all their financial needs. From accounting and auditing, through business management, to retirement and succession planning, the firm has the expertise to support clients from starting in business to going public.

PRB has also recently strengthened its management team by promoting Kim Lo to an equity partner. Kim has been with the firm for six years.
Kim Lo Promoted
Kim Lo qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2005 after graduating with a first class honours degree in Accounting & Financial Management from Loughborough University. Kim is an audit partner at the firm and responsible for the audit planning and fieldwork of corporate clients in a wide variety of business sectors as well as accounts preparation and management accounting for corporate and non-corporate businesses.
