Out of hours GP providers – providing communication support

The brief:

To support two social enterprise out of hours GP providers – both also operate NHS 111 services up and down the country – as well as the federation of social enterprise unscheduled care providers, who have 22 members.

1. Provide proactive and reactive media support

2. Draft and design publications including Annual Reports, leaflets, newsletters etc

3. Provide strategic communication advice and 24 hour on call

Measurement and Evaluation:

All unscheduled care providers have gained local, regional and national coverage – proactive and reactive. A number of publications have also been produced – including Annual Reports, leaflets, newsletters etc.
