Marketing materials require financial investment, of course, but quality doesn’t need to break the bank.

With the CEO of the John Paul II Foundation for Sport (JP2F4S) heading to Rome for a week of meetings, jag had been tasked with producing an information leaflet for Mgr. Vladimir Felzmann to distribute to his colleagues in Italy.  As with any charity, the budget was limited.

With only a brief skeleton of content provided by the client, we set about writing the copy and producing additional copy to promote the work of the Foundation.  We included some sporting illustrations from previous marketing material to maintain a visual theme and chose a photograph of students to represent the young people who are benefiting from membership of JP2F4S clubs.

Mgr. Felzmann was delighted with the finished article and will be distributing the leaflets in Rome to promote the charity.

Leaflet, business cards, banners, and folders for LCWUCC

London Central & West Unscheduled Care Collaborative (LCWUCC) requested a range of marketing materials to take to health shows and events in and around London.  With a very loose brief, jag started from scratch, producing ideas for the copy and design of each of the promotional items.

The challenge with the leaflet came from the brief to design something which provided information for patients but which could also be used for recruitment purposes.

We looked at a range of leaflets for other NHS-related organisations, as well as previous LCW materials and pulled together a first draft of the copy before moving on to the design.

To retain something of a corporate theme, we picked up on the clock image used in the annual report and incorporated two photographs of LCW staff to reflect the patient and recruitment requirement.

To accompany the leaflet, we designed generic business cards, folders and two banners (one patient-focused, the other for recruitment) to take to the health shows.

Having started with just an idea from the client, we are so pleased to see how our input and design have produced such high quality, professional marketing materials, all within a tight budget.
