Communication support for LCW UCC

jag continues to provide communication support to London Central and West Unscheduled Care Collaborative (LCW UCC) as it develops its service in London.

The organisation has grown substantially over the years and recently was selected as the preferred provider to deliver the new integrated 111 and Out of Hours service across North Central London.  Expansion brings its own challenges of course, but jag is delighted to work alongside LCW staff in supporting the success of this social enterprise.

Currently jag is advising on the communication strategy for the new integrated service which is due to launch in October 2016.

In addition to the strategic work, jag continues to support LCW in its marketing and in some aspects of its internal communication.  We wrote and designed a ‘Friends and Family Test’ providing people who have had first-hand experience of LCW services the opportunity to offer feedback.  We also designed the signage for LCW’s new Ealing and Hounslow Hub.

jag continues to write and produce the LCW quarterly newsletter.  Essentially an inward-facing document, the newsletter is designed in Publisher to avoid any additional costs, but is written and edited to the highest standard – by jag’s ex-journalist no less!

Ann Grain, jag’s Director, is the Communication Lead at LCW and is regularly called upon to advise on media relations and to deal with news teams from ITN, BBC, Sky etc when they are given permission to film at LCW call centres.
